Professional Experience

Sandra Mathey was born in 1973 and trained as a building draughtswoman. She has been active in property and PPE management for over 20 years, and has been a property manager in our Neuchâtel office since June 2023.

She is responsible for 60% of the administrative and technical tasks related to the management of the portfolio of buildings and individual properties.

She is responsible for monitoring maintenance work, renovations and claims, rent monitoring, letting, inventories of fixtures and fittings, service charge and heating bills.
